"You tell me." She paused. "Is Lina going to be okay?" She wished she could be in two places at the same time, but Kaya was already so upset, she didn't want to risk things by letting her know Lina wasn't okay.

"That's what I was thinking too." She worried about Kaya seeing her before that. "Is there anything different I need to do for either of them?" She realized she couldn't do much for Lina or even for Horatio at the moment.

"Look after your daughter. She may not be physically injured, but she is hurting. She saw her big sister get hurt by someone that committed murder, and she wants to keep Lina safe."

You told me that nothing was physically wrong with Kaya, which helps more than anyone could possibly know, and you're helping Horatio with Lina, which is something I can't do right now." She heard Kaya. "I've got to go back in there, but, Alexx, thank you. Really." She went back into the room.

Alexx stood there a few more minutes and then headed to the hospital.
"Is Lina okay, mum?" Kaya asked when Natalia sat down.

Natalia looked at her daughter and brushed some hair out of her face. "Not right now, baby, but she will be. Alexx, your dad, Ryan...They're all going to take care of her."
