Alexx finally nodded, saying there was no reason for him to stay and that she knew she couldn't make him but she recommended that he rest.

Lina helped him sit up. "Is there anything I need to be careful of? Keep a watch for?"
Alexx smiled. "No, baby. If anything goes wrong, which it shouldn't, you know what to do."
She nodded. "Bring him in, call you." Alexx smiled.

She helped him move to the wheelchair and pushed him out, Alexx signing the necessary papers for her. "Thanks, Alexx. We owe you one, as usual." Lina smiled.
"Don't mention it," Alexx smiled, watching the two leave together.

"My place. Dad doesn't want to see you at the lab until you're only seeing one, not ten." She handed him a pair of sunglasses. "Put this on so the light doesn't give you a headache." She made sure he did so before pushing him outside, helping him into her car.
