In the light, it was easy to see what KC had gone through the last two or three months, just like it was possible even in Deeks' sleep to tell how little he'd gotten lately. "We missed you too, sweetie."

Don't let what happened or didn't happen between me and Callen ruin the team, the family. Who knows? Maybe one of these days Callen and I could even be friends." She didn't hold out hope for dating him again though.
