The reason she had hung up on Callen was that she couldn't stand to have him tell her about love when he had broken her best friend's heart, but she didn't have time to deal with Callen on that or even think about it much. She had to focus on Deeks, at least at the moment.
(I want kc back on at least one of these stories, you've ended up with her in at least two)
