He kept her off topic, watching for any signs of an ambulance going out or a Hummer behind him.

"When we get to the hospital, maybe Calleigh will go get her." He had a sudden need to see his own little girl.

Horatio drove the Hummer as close as he could get it to where he'd left his daughter and ran the rest of the way. "How is she?"
"She's breathing but unconscious."
"We need to get her into the Hummer."
"We should wait for medics."

Natalia was there when Eric and Kaya pulled up. She held her daughter, not saying anything at first. The first thing she did say was to ask about Lina, about her husband and friend.
